Beginners Schemes for Pai Gow Poker

[ English ]

Double-hand Poker is a cutting-edge game with ancient origins. Based on the old Chinese tile game and the modern American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the east with the western in a wonderful game for beginning level gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player versus the house, unlike almost all other poker games that players compete with other players. By competing against the dealer, new players do not need to be concerned about other, more experienced people taking their mulla.

Another Pai Gow advantage is the fairly leisurely game pace, newcomers can take their time and scheme without having to make hasty selections.

It is also much simpler to gamble on for a long time with basically a small bit of cash after all, to lose, each of your hands has to be lower than each of the dealer’s hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the customary 52-card common deck and a single joker. The gambler is given seven cards faces showing and the dealer is given 7 cards faces hidden.

One 5 card hand and one 2 card hand need to be put together from the 7 cards dealt, the 5 card hand has to be higher than the 2 card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand values to be better than the casino’s.
